I am a grade 11 high school student and from a young age, I have always been inclined to technology and the digital world. My grandmother's struggles with her tablet was what led me to establish this organization. Despite owning the device, she lacked the knowledge necessary to use it, frequently turning to me for assistance. After teaching her how to perform basic functions like browsing the internet and calling relatives, I witnessed the immediate impact it had on her life and saw the joy she felt with the tablet in her hands, which was once a source of frustration for her. This experience fueled my desire to help others with technology. I strive to improve digital literacy in the Kingston community so everyone can leverage technology to stay connected, informed, and engaged.
